He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Beane Cushman and William Price Cushman; his stepson Charles Michael Cushman; his son William Eugene Cushman; his sister Diana Cushman Stefaniuk; his brother-in-law Daniel Michael Stefaniuk; his nephews, William Michael and Daniel Hinton; his niece Madeline Claire; and also Carin Smith Cushman.
