With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willa Dean Palmer of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on July 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul C. Palmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Elliott and Karen Rinck; her grandchildren, Hollye Ramsey Borden (Chris), Scott Ramsey, Shawn Ramsey, Christopher Elliott, Stephen Elliott (Justine) and Jonathan Elliott (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Payden Borden, Kennedy Owens, Sawyer Ramsey, Atticus Elliott and Ryan Elliott.
