She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Hammack and Cathy Hammack; her children, Sierra Rayne Evans and John Conrad Humphreys; her granddaughter Brynleigh Michelle-Lynn Evans; and her grandmother Hazel Gordy. She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
