He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel McIntyre and Elizabeth York. He is survived by: his stepfather Francis Worth Turnbull; his daughters, Katy Turnbull of Nashville, TN and Whitney Turnbull (William Boyd); his grandchild Daly Rowe Boyd; and his former wife Daly Turnbull.
