We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2021, at the age of 71, Wayne Clingan (Chattanooga, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Clingan and Wilma Clingan; and his daughter Stacie Clingan. He is survived by: his children, Tracie Williams, Carlos Clingan (Carmen) and Chris Clingan (Nicole); his grandchildren, Trae, Solomon, Olivia, Brianna, Keona, Dallas, Marcus, Tori, Liam and Samuel; and his siblings, Darrell Clingan (Julie), Myra Uren and Sandra Rogers (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
