He was predeceased by: his father Harley Stephens; his sister Joy Johnson; and his niece Lauren Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Talley; his children, Bridgette Meyer (Chad), Austin and Logan Stephens (Bailey); and his brothers, Kent Stephens (Angela) and Jeff Stephens (Angie). He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
