It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda Edwina McCollum of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Newsom and Irene Newsom. She is survived by: her husband Johnny McCollum; her sons, Jason (JeriAnn) and Shane Cramer; her grandchildren, Cody Cramer (Katie) and Emma Wheeler (Garrett); her great grandchildren, Andi, Levi and Jax; her sisters, Carol Smith (Danny) and Marsha Hartman (Chuck); her siblings-in-law, Jimi McCollum (Alicia), Johnny Williams, Sandi Smith, Mariea Taylor (Rodney) and Ruth Ray; and her mother-in-law Elsie Williamson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home and Cremation Services (4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
