He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Entrekin and Earline Kitchens Entrekin; and his brother Larry Entrekin. He is survived by: his wife Sammie Lunsford Entrekin; his daughters, Teresa Lynn McCallie (David) and Stacie LaMont Macaluso (Michael); and his grandchildren, Leslie Elizabeth Macaluso and Amanda Gray Macaluso.
