She is survived by: her sons, Robert P. (Deborah), Thomas M. (Brenda) and Jeffrey L. Rayburn (Sheila); her grandchildren, Robert P., Jr., Jeffrey L., Jr., Andrew Alexander Rayburn, Bryan Rayburn (Nicki), Laura Bartley (Derek) and Laura "Ginger" Pierce (Evan) of Virginia; and her siblings, James T. Phillips and Jo Phillips Mink. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
