He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgel Epps, Sr. and Mary Epps. He is survived by: his siblings, Sue McWhorter of Chattanooga, Pearl Smauldon of Roanoke, VA, Lulu Epps of Roanoke, VA and Donald Epps of Chattanooga; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Smauldon of Roanoke, VA and Eugene Hutchinson of Chattanooga.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home (1101 Dodds Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
