Tommy Mack Scroggins, Jr., 53, passed away October 16, 2019. He was born June 8, 1966 in Chattanooga, TN. He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Mack Scroggins, Sr.; sister, Calli Faye Holt. He is survived by his mother, Rachel Marie Holt, Rossville, GA; son, Scot Thomas Scroggins; sisters, Marcedes Davis, LaFayette, GA, Tina (Steve) Acuff, Chickamauga, GA, Lisa Scroggins (Donnie), Puluski, TN, Candy (Eddie) Dial, Rossville, GA, Sabrina Scroggins, Rossville, GA, Marquitta Scroggins, Clevelend, TN; brothers, Jerry (Paige) Scroggins, Rossville, GA, John (Terry) Scroggins, Chattanooga, TN, Mack (Amber) Scroggins, Hixson, TN, Charlie Holt, Rossville, GA; a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins, A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm Friday, October 18, 2019 at Ridgeline Church of God, 1665 Waterhouse Street, Chattanooga, TN 37412.
