He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fowler and Ann Fowler; and his brother Bobby Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Fowler; his sister Robin Cloud (Butch) of Chattanooga; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Finley (Sharon) and Karen Ideker (Chris).
