He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. O'Brien and Martha Wilson O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Brenda O'Brien; his sons, Timothy and John (Melanie); his grandchildren, Johnny, McKenna, Cayce and Neely; and his siblings, Mike O'Brien and Mardi Gott.
