It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Francis Mullady M. D. III of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Pearl River, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Mullady, Jr. and Anna Christine Kast; his wife Nancy Jane Doudna Mullady; his grandson Benjamin Thomas Smith; and his brothers, Michael Robert Mullady and Edward Richard Mullady.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas F. Mullady IV (Cynthia), Lynn Tatum (Lloyd), Lisa Smith (Dan), Peter Mullady (Mary Ann) and Stephen Mullady; his grandchildren, Drew Mullady (Melissa), Lauren Priestley (Cliff), Christine Phelan (Kevin), Jennifer Mullady, Roger, Frank (Emma), George, Lindy Tatum, Daniel, Nancy Claire Smith, Lance and Peter Mullady; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Brooks Mullady, Noah Priestley, Matthew and Sarah Phelan; and his siblings, James Mullady (Marilyn) and Anne Christine Ryan.
