He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Latheon Devine and Ella Lucas Devine. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Taylor, Shirley Willard and Eddie Devine; and his nieces, Debra Palmer (Rodney) and Melinda Alsup (Ken).
