He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Chambers and Gladys Chambers; and his brother Ray Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Marilynn; his sisters, Linda Waugh and Patsy Stein; and his children, Terri Chambers Cavender (Sheri Chambers), Melissa Chambers Rodden and Thomas A. Chambers Jr.. He is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
