He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lamon Penney. He is survived by: his mother Betty Pickle; his siblings, Ricky Penney (Suzie) and Sheila Benton; his nephew Allen Penney (Molly); his nieces, Christy Penney (John Delp), Stacy Shankles and Caitlin Benton; and his close friend Judy Cooper. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, one great, great niece, many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make memorials in Terry's name to the American Heart Association.
