He is survived by: his father Robert Neal of Stockton, CA; his children, Terrence Neal, Jr., Zairia Neal, Naomi Witherow and Nyla Witherow; the mother of his children Rachel Scott; and his brother Jonte'Gaines of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
