She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill, Shirley Green, Gary and Ellie Simmons. She is survived by: her son Christian Allen Sean Ealy; her parents, Craig Simmons of Chattanooga and Teresa Simmons of Chattanooga; and her aunts and uncles, Donna Greene, Susan Kilgore, Janet Hackworth, Alan Green and Tony Simmons.
