He was predeceased by: his daughters, Cindy Dickson and Donna Azari. He is survived by: his wife Connie Dickson; his daughters, Angela Demarcus and Teresa Dampier; and his stepson Tommy Ivester (Staci). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
