She is survived by: her sons, Jason Collins (Amanda Delashmitt), Charles "Bo" Collins (Sherri) and Phillip Collins; her brother Ronnie Priddy (Janice); and her grandchildren, Bailee, Travis and Davis Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
