He was predeceased by: his father Steve Smith. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Smith of Lavonia; and his sisters, Lisa Bolin of Comer, GA, Kimberly Benton of Danielsville, GA and Ginger Medlin of Lavonia, GA.. He is also survived by many extended family, friends and friends.
