Stephen R. Thompson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen R. Thompson of Chattanooga, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen R. Thompson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Thompson and Joyce Higdon Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Jenkins Thompson; his children, Brian Vandagriff (Holly) and Laura Baggett (Kevin); his siblings, Mike Thompson (Claudette) and Karen Cline (John); his brother-in-law Chris Jenkins (Gail); and his grandchildren, Emma Vandagriff, Cylia and Lucas Baggett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 4011 Austin St, Chattanooga, TN 37411.
Donations may be made in his memory to Brainerd Baptist Church.
