He is survived by: his wife Liya Rutkovski of Chattanooga; his children, Marta, Elizabeth, Darina Rutkovski and Taras Rutkovski of Chattanooga; and his sister Nadia Osovolyuk (Nikolay). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
