With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Spencer D Smith of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Clopton Pars and Rufus Lee Smith; and his brother-in-law Randy Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Nina Jo Smith; his children, Spencer D. Smith Jr. (Lynne) of Hixson, Clara Howe (Ben) of Hendersonville and Debbie Plemons (Ezra) of Tellico Plains; his grandchildren, Hailey Smith (Luke), Nicholas Howe, Katelyn Smith, Madison Howe and Jackson Plemons; and his sister Margie Wiggins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
