It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Silvester Wright (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on August 24, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Ruthie Mae; and his siblings, Hiawatha Joyce "Pie" Appling, LaLonnie Wanda Faye Baker, Timothy Avery "Pepper" McPherson and Retonga Lee "Tommie" Wright.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kandice Wright and Keona Graves (Anthony); his granddaughter Zoe; and his brother Willie Appling (Ronda Chapmon). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
