She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Kelly and Thelma O'Kelly; her husband Lowell Acuff; her daughter Cynthia Acuff; her grandson Hunter Acuff; and her sister Judy Malek.
She is survived by: her son James Acuff (Lisa); her grandchildren, Tiffany Ellard (Emery), Steven Michaluk and Katelyn Acuff; her great grandchild Liam Ellard; and her nephew Andrew Malek.
