He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Tollett and Frankie Sue Tollett; and his brothers, Sammy Tollett and Neil Tollett. He is survived by: his brother Bill Tollett; his daughter April; and his grandson Kenny Mastin (Kristen) of Ooltewah.
