She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Simons and Sonny Simons; and her siblings, Carolyn Smith, Linda Carpenter, Jimmy Simons and Frankie "Doc" Simons.
She is survived by: her husband Clark; her children, Stacy Clark and Denny Wooten; her sister Barbara Scallia; and her grandchildren, Kacie Wooten and Ashley Smith. She is also survived by two great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
