Chism, Jr. (Shelba) and Derrica Chism of Chattanooga, TN; her granddaughters, Jasmyne (Jamin) of Chattanooga, TN, Robyn (Fashion) of Chattanooga, TN and Desiree Chism (Cuppy) of Chattanooga, TN; her great grandchild E'Leah Chism-Lawrence (Baby Leah); her daughter-in-law Jarkara Chism; her aunt Helen Boney of Philadelphia, PA; her close friend Monta Blue; and her sister-in-law Alice Marie Chism Henson.
