She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Leon Coulter; her parents, Roy Bell and Lucile Bell; and her siblings, Peggy Wright and Shirley Stoker.
She is survived by: her children, Felix Coulter (Carol) of Cassandra, Georgia, Terrell Coulter (Terry) of Murfreesboro and Cecelia Grubbs (Steve) of Miramar Beach, Florida; her grandchildren, Carly Shilling (Joe), Chad Coulter, Seth Coulter (Christina), Hannah Coulter, Heidi Grubbs and Rebekah Carrington (Bradford); and her great grandchildren, Faye Lynn, Asa, Livania Shilling and Paislee Coulter.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, a private grave side service will be held at Coulter Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, where a tribute gift can be made in memory of Sarah Elizabeth Coulter.
