She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Rice; her parents, Ernie Feagans and Margaret Feagans; her son Stephen Rice; and her grandson Dusty Lowrance.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Harlow (Jim); and her nieces and nephews, Jan Lowrance, Kimberly Lowe and Julie Fulbright (Aaron). She is also survived by two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
