It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Lenora Long Cosper (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Ringgold, Georgia, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Long and Sara Long (Willie B. Cosper); her siblings, Frank Long (Ruth), Jimmy (Dycie), Teresa (Joe) and Marie Riddell (Doyle); and her daughter-in-law Dianne Cosper.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Cosper (Glenda), Ronnie Cosper (Jennifer) and Sharon Sneed (Don). She is also survived by five loving grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Caldsted Foundation for 20 wonderful years of residence there, Hospice of Chattanooga with big hugs to Nurse Ashley and CNA Rebecca and other helpful caregivers. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Chambliss Childrens Home, Bibles in Schools or Caldsted Foundation.
