We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ellen Roscoe (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Elaine, Arkansas. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ruth Ellen Roscoe to show support.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Col. Dallas G. Roscoe; and her parents, Joseph Houston and Effie Appling Quinn, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Janie Cummings, Gladys Busby and J. H. Quinn, Jr. (Sandra); her great-nephew Nicholas Cummings Samples; and her great-niece Tessa Quinn Cummings. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic a private service will be held with Rev. Bill Harvey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contibutions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, Tennessee 38105 or to a charity of your choice.
