She is survived by: her husband William C. Ashby; her children, William Card Ashby (Claire) of Draper, UT, Arda Ruth Shields (Ian), Erin K. Ashby of Galesville, AL, Eric Ashby (Florence) of Chattanooga, TN and Eda Ashby of Rexburg, ID; and her siblings, Marie Burnham, Rhea Matkin and Lincoln Card. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and over 70 great grandchildren.
