She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Cagle and Mildred Havner Baggett; and her brothers, Michael Cagle, Charles Cagle and David Cagle.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Payne; her children, Joshua Payne (Hayley), Jessica Wellsted (Kevin) and Tabitha Payne; her sister Connie Baggett (Fabian); and her grandchildren, Zuri Wellsted, Milli Wellsted, Leonidas Payne, Ryker Payne and Namaste Saunders. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family members and special friends.
