It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanna McNely of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith II and Joyce Ann King Hale; her daughter Courtney Ann Salvador; her brothers, Frank Smith III and Thomas David Smith; and her niece Christie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Weaver (Anthony) and Chuck Holbert; her sisters, Donna Sue Smith and Cynthia Konopa; her grandchildren, Carolyn Salvador (Vince Childers), Douglas Salvador, Thomas Salvador (Makinsey Richter), Illah Salvador and Charles Holbert III; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Childers and Myracle Frady. She is also survived by several nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes - Fort Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
