He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Charlotte Proctor; his parents, William Proctor, Sr. and Margaret Barnes Proctor; his son Ronnie Allen Proctor; and his brothers, Donnie Proctor and Edward Proctor.
He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Woolfall (Jason) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his brothers, James Proctor (Elaine) of Ringgold and Rev. Bill Proctor of Rossville, Georgia; his close friend Charlie Farmer; and also, Candice Sharp, Amber Charles, Karen Swoyer, Kristy Kelley, Stephanie Taylor, Jessica Winnie, Martha Ledford and Wendy Adderholt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
