He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Jane Rose Barao Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Davis; his daughter Brandy Ensley (Clinton); his siblings, Fred Lewis Davis, Diana Miles (Charles) and Debra Carlile (Ricky); his grandchildren, Jacob and Kelsey Ensley; his nephews, Chuck Miles and Bucky Carlile; and his niece Lacy Carlile Ward.
