He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bottoms and Dorothy Bottoms; and his nephew Jeremy Bottoms. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bottoms; his children, Christy Bottoms (Patrick Wolf) and Jennifer Johnson (Sam); his grandchildren, Lila Johnson, Lucy Johnson, Jack Wolf and Asa Wolf; his siblings, David Bottoms (Terri) and Karen Bottoms; his nieces, Taylor Bottoms (Trent Cox) and Alyson Brooks; and his nephew Tyler Brooks.
