He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Thompson (Reginald) of Clarksville Tennessee, Kimberly Ford (James) and Eric Evans. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
