He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Cutrer and Joan Cutrer; and his brother Dr. William "Bill" Richard Cutrer. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Casey (Duane); and his siblings, Dr. Ken Cutrer (Gretchen) and Susan Bradbury.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the McCallie Chapel (500 Dodds Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
