He was predeceased by: his parents, Alston "Pete" Richard LaFollette and Mildred LaFollette Carr; his stepfather Clay Carr; and his sister Wanda Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his sons, William LaFollette (Mitzie) of Flowery Branch, GA, Richard LaFollette (Reneè) of Chattanooga, TN, Forrest "Chip" Sirbaugh (Donna) of Winchester, VA and Craig Sirbaugh (Ally) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Adam LaFollette (Kaitlyn), Tyler LaFollette, Kate Prisk (Chandler), Mason LaFollette (Olivia), Noah Sirbaugh (Melanie), Rosser Sirbaugh, Jackson Sirbaugh, Lacey Sirbaugh, Braden Sirbaugh and Jordan Maloney; his great grandchildren, Piper, Eden, Alexis and Jake; his great great grandchild Cooper; and his sisters, Bonnie Hall of Scottsdale, AZ, Lanette Rhodes (Robbie) of Sequim, WA, Irish Setters, Riley and Rory.
