He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Mitzi Ruth), James (Anna Ruth) and Douglas (Laura Ruth); his grandchildren, Dr. Michael Ruth (Madison) of Charlotte, Thomas Ruth of Charlotte, Cole Ruth of Walden, Tennessee, Audrey Ruth of Walden, Tennessee and Nissa Ruth of Walden, Tennessee; his nieces, Jennifer Sabine of Paris, France and Gayla Ruth Smith of Norman; and his nephew Zachary Ruth (Stacie) of Moore, Oklahoma..
