He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Davis Willey and Eva Estelle Willey (Shehorn); his wife Dortha Willey; his daughter Lisa Lynn Willey; and his brother Clarence B. "Jack" Willey.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Willey (Tamara) and Teresa Riggs (John); and his sister Anna Lou Willey Rhodes. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchild.
