He is survived by: his children, Randy Lewis (Kim) and Renee Lewis (Marlene Collman); his grandchildren, Tyler Stokes (Caitlin), Casey Stokes (Jeaneē) and Leslie Lewis; his great grandchildren, Carter, Sam Stokes, Kailey, Kamille Thomas and Lawrence Branum; and his siblings, Lamar Lewis (Cindy) and Amlie Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
