He was predeceased by: his father Richard George Millard. He is survived by: his wife Hue Millard; his children, Daniel Millard (Madison) and Anastasia Millard (Colton Cruse); his mother Barbara Millard; and his siblings, David Millard and Rhonda Millard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
