He was predeceased by: his former wife Pam Markum; and his parents, Wiley Markum and Peggy Markum. He is survived by: his former wife Yvonna Wingfield; his children, Kristen Quarles (Michael) and Timothy Markum (Jenny) of Whitwell, TN; and his siblings, Billy Markum (Angie), Soddy, Steve Markum (Wanda), Red Bank, Michael Markum (Sissy) and Jan Woodside (Garry).
