He is survived by: his wife Sandie R. Baxter; his sons, Rick, Jr. of Chattanooga and Danny of Chattanooga; his brothers, Jim and Tom; and his grandchildren, Conner, Kirk and Alyvia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Booker T. Washington State Park (5801 Champion Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416).
