He is survived by: his wife LaShawn Hawkins; his children, Christian Nichols (Jeremy), Justin Hawkins (Christine), Brandon Hawkins (Adrienne), Aaron Thomas (Ashley) and Adam Thomas (Jessi); his grandchildren, Ethan, Gabriel Nichols, Trent Thomas, Layla Hawkins and Richard Connor Hawkins; his brother Mike Hawkins (Mary); and his nephews, Steven and Jeffrey Hawkins.
